General Questions

What is SinarLink Pool?
SinarLink Pool is a Verus Coin (VRSC) mining pool offering a low 0.1% fee, CPU-friendly VerusHash 2.2 algorithm, and automatic payouts every 10 minutes. We provide a reliable, transparent mining service with real-time statistics for all miners.
What is Verus Coin (VRSC)?
Verus Coin (VRSC) is a cryptocurrency using the VerusHash 2.2 algorithm, specifically designed to be mined with CPUs. It is ASIC and FPGA resistant, making it fair for individual miners. VRSC is one of the most accessible coins to mine with regular computer hardware.
How much is the pool fee?
SinarLink Pool charges only 0.1% fee for both PPLNS and Solo mining on all block rewards. This is among the lowest fees available for any VRSC mining pool, meaning more of your earnings stay with you.
Is there a minimum hashrate to join?
No minimum hashrate is required. Every share you submit is recorded and counted toward your reward. The more hashrate you contribute, the larger your share of the block reward.
Do I need to register or create an account?
No registration required. Simply use your VRSC wallet address as your username when connecting your miner. Your stats will automatically appear in the dashboard.

Payouts & Rewards

How does the payout system work?
SinarLink Pool supports both PPLNS (Pay Per Last N Shares) and Solo mining. With PPLNS, rewards are distributed based on your share contribution to the pool. For solo mining, set your password to "solo" to keep the entire block reward when you find a block. Payouts are sent automatically every 10 minutes to your wallet, with a minimum of 0.0001 VRSC.
What is the minimum payout?
The minimum payout is 0.0001 VRSC. Once your balance reaches 0.0001 VRSC, it will be sent to your wallet automatically on the next payout cycle (every 10 minutes).
Why haven't I received a payout yet?
Payouts require your balance to reach the minimum of 0.0001 VRSC. If you're new to the pool or have low hashrate, it may take some time to accumulate. Also, the pool needs to find blocks first - check the Blocks page to see recent blocks found.
What is PPLNS?
Pay Per Last N Shares (PPLNS) is a reward system where you are paid based on the shares you've contributed during the window when the pool found a block. It rewards consistent miners and discourages pool-hopping.
How do I mine solo?
To mine solo on SinarLink Pool, simply set your miner password to "solo" instead of "x". When you find a block in solo mode, you receive the full block reward (minus the 0.1% pool fee). Solo mining is best for miners with higher hashrates who want to keep the entire reward rather than sharing it through PPLNS.
How can I check my balance and payments?
Use the Miner Lookup on the homepage or go to the Miners page. Enter your VRSC wallet address to see your pending balance, total paid, hashrate, and complete payment history.

Mining Software & Technical

What mining software should I use?
We recommend SRBMiner-Multi for the best performance on VerusHash 2.2. Download it from github.com/doktor83/SRBMiner-Multi. It supports all major CPU architectures including AMD and Intel.
Can I mine with a laptop?
Yes! Since VRSC uses CPU mining, even a laptop can participate. Just ensure your laptop has adequate cooling and consider limiting CPU usage to prevent overheating. The more CPU cores and threads you have, the higher your hashrate will be.
Why are my shares being rejected?
Share rejections at the start of a mining session are normal as the pool adjusts difficulty for your miner. If rejections continue, make sure you're using the correct algorithm (verushash), check your internet connection, and ensure SRBMiner is up to date.
How do I maximize my hashrate?
Use the --disable-gpu flag to force CPU-only mining, set --cpu-threads to your max thread count, enable huge pages in your OS for 10-15% boost, close unnecessary background applications, and ensure your CPU cooling is adequate for sustained loads.
What are huge pages and how do I enable them?
Huge pages (large pages) allow the CPU to use larger memory pages for faster access. On Windows: run "gpedit.msc" > Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment > Lock Pages in Memory, add your user. On Linux: run "sudo sysctl -w vm.nr_hugepages=1280" and add it to /etc/sysctl.conf for persistence.

Security & Safety

Is SinarLink Pool safe to use?
Yes. SinarLink Pool never asks for your private keys or seed phrases. You only need to provide your public VRSC wallet address as your mining username. The pool software is open-source (s-nomp) and all stats are publicly verifiable.
About CPU Mining with VerusHash 2.2
VerusHash 2.2 is specifically engineered to maximize CPU performance while resisting ASIC and FPGA hardware. This ensures a level playing field for all miners. No expensive GPU or ASIC hardware needed, lower power consumption than GPU mining, and ideal for beginners entering crypto mining.
